These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the One On One Credit Repair website and services. By using this website or submitting a sign-up form, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
Our Credit Repair Services
We provide credit report repair services to help consumers dispute inaccurate, misleading, and unverifiable items on their credit reports. Your participation is required for the process to work, including providing updated credit reports on a timely basis as described on our site.
Fees & Billing
In accordance with federal regulation, we charge for services on a retroactive basis. Your initial setup fee of $75.00 is due within the first fifteen days, and your monthly retainer fee is a fixed $35.00. There are no hidden fees. Full pricing details are available on our pricing page.
Should a payment be returned dishonored by your bank or credit card company, we will redraft the payment and add a $15.00 late fee. If payment is not received within 30 days, your case may be suspended until payment arrangements are made.
Warranty & Refund Policy
Our service is backed by a warranty that entitles you to some or all of your money back if enough disputed items aren't deleted to meet our high standards of success. The warranty is subject to completion of your responsibilities, including providing updated credit reports. Full details and examples are on our warranty page.
No Guarantees
We cannot and do not guarantee specific credit outcomes. Credit repair results vary and are not guaranteed. Any service that promises a guaranteed credit score result should be treated with extreme caution.
Legality & Your Obligations
You agree to use our services lawfully. You must not misrepresent your identity or personal information. Consumers in certain states may be subject to additional disclosures; contact us for details applicable to you.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of One On One Credit Repair and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without permission.
Limitation of Liability
